This application allows for creation of facilities related work orders and preventative maintenance tasks. The work orders can be created and submitted by employees or facilities staff. The application has work order submission, a staff assignment workflow process and assignee notification. Once a work order is completed the staff person can sign off the task and notify the requester automatically. Extensive reporting by type of work, building, site, floor and maintenance category is available.
